Here is what phone answering looks like in practice. A plumber is mid-job when a new customer calls. The assistant picks up, books the visit into his diary and sends him a summary. He finishes the job without touching his phone.

Do I need to be good with technology?
No. I set everything up, connect it to the tools you already use, and show you and your team how it works in plain English. If something needs changing later, you tell me and I change it.
How much does it cost?
Every job has a fixed price, agreed before I start, so there are no surprise bills. I'm taking on my first few clients at introductory prices.
Will my customers know they're talking to AI?
Yes. The assistant says who it is and who it's answering for. Anything it can't handle, such as a complaint or an unusual job, comes straight to you.
What happens to my customers' data?
I follow UK GDPR. I only connect what the job needs, I'll tell you in writing where your data is kept before anything goes live, and nothing is used for anything other than running your business. The details are in my privacy policy.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
